Shachah's brand new Myspace is finally up and running! We are stoked to announce that we have an amazing looking Myspace page. Check it out and let us know what you think. We have just finished a great youth conference at Calvary Chapel Stone Mountain, GA. We all were blessed by Pastors Allen Riggs, Gil Trusty, and Zach Adams. We will be heading to Texas and then back to Missouri. Keep us in prayer that God's word will go forth and change lives for His glory. Also, watch for our new t-shirt designs coming soon to the Shachah online store. -Shachah- Ps. 73:25 04/18/08 Hey everybody, We just wanted to share some exciting news with you. This week we officially signed on with Cross Movement Records (www. crossmovementrecords. com). This has been a process that started a while back and through much prayer and a building of relationships we have decided that this is what the Lord has put in our path so that we can spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and ultimately give Him the glory due His name. So that being said, please keep us in prayer as we start to get ready for the next chapter in this ministry that the Lord has entrusted us with. Thank you guys and may the Lord bless you. -Shachah- John 4:23 03/26/08 Hey everyone, we just wanted to drop you a quick line of encouragement: "And let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have the oppertunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith. Gal 6:9-10 01/30/08 Shachah just got back from Philly, PA! We wish all of you could have been a part of the great time we had out there. We had the opportunity to play a concert at Christ Tabernacle in Queens, NY (www.youthexplosion.com). You can look at our Photos page to see the pictures. We had some surprise guests as well: Lecrae, R-Swift, and Iz-Real (from the group Everday Process) basically tore the roof the church with three hard-hitting hip hop grooves. The next day, we got to open up for J.R., an urban-alternative singer, for his sophmore CD release "Life By Stereo." It was at Calvary Chapel Philadelphia. Amazing! Shachah got a sweet response from all who attended. For J.R.'s concert, he had a bunch of Cross Movement Records artists helping him out too like Lecrae, Da T.R.U.T.H., Trip Lee, and Iz-Real! We'll be updating our pictures more in just a little bit so stay tuned to your favorite website! Psalm 27:14 01/01/08 HAPPY NEW YEAR! From all of us in Shachah to all of you... This last year has had some memorable moments -- the most memorable being the theft of our band trailer (you probably remember) exactly one year ago today. Since then, we have been witnesses of God's faithfulness throughout the whole year. We have had amazing opportunities to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to encourage fellow believers all over the U.S. We are super stoked about 2008 to see what God has in store for us (that's you, too). We see God already starting to shake things up around here so stay tuned in to be a part of what He's doing.
